 Thousands of bogus files For some reason there are thousands of bogus files in my library that you can not open and were not previously on my hard drive. There is every kind of software you can imagine listed and everyone of them is listed as 197.7 KB It takes me several minutes to scroll through them all and none of them work. I tried everything I could think of to get rid of them but they just come back if you delete them. I even deleted lime wire completely off my computer and downloaded it again...as soon as I did they all came back. Please help!!!!  |

| Sounds like you have a virus, read this thread. WARNING: Viruses on network you should be aware of! Update your AV & scan your computer! If you don't have an AV program, these are free (update before you scan). avast! AVG free Avira Antivir Or, there are links to online scans in the 'viruses on the network' thread. Always make sure that you're using a good AV program. Keep it updated & scan all files that you download, before you open them  If you're still having trouble, try one of these sites for specialised help.
