Hi I am new to downloading I have managed to download music but I am having problems with video. I download on to my computer then transfer on to mp4 which then says complete, but when I watch them I cannot find them on my mp4 anywhere. Is it because my mp4 is AMV? please please help.

What are you using to convert files to amv? Did your player come with a converter? If there's a help site for your player, try visiting that.

I don't have an mp4 player, but see if any of these links help. If you use Google, you'll probably find heaps more info about converters

I can download movies,but it only gives me audio.Please help me out!
