Hi, can someone help. I have downloaded *********, but no picture comes up when i play it, only the sound comes on. I have previously downloaded an *******, and it works and plays fine (audially and visually). can anyone please tell me why the other one won't show any visuals. Please help!!!

Have a look at this thread. If you're having trouble with a player, you might need codecs. For Win XP, the XP Codec Pack & K-Lite Codec packs are popular.
There's also a link to VLC player, which is free & has codecs installed to play most file types.
