BLOCKING FAKE IP's.... is it possible

Thanks to birdy i have just learn't that there are dedicated IP's hosting fake files. Has anyone made a list of these IP's so they can be added to the "Hosts" filter??

my understanding of the hosts filter is that it wont show search results from any IP's added to it...?
