I've read all these responses to this new program, and have even look through the help website here for the answers. I like everyone else is having a problem downloading songs. Since I've downloaded the new version I have yet to download 1% of a song! If there is anything anyone to send me to get this program on track it would greatly be appreciated! I am so depressed. I can't download either. It comes halfway and stops forever. I can play half a song. I have cable and everything else on the net downloads so fast now.
