I have downloaded lime wire, and everythign come up, andi can search songs and "download" them...but then i do they just stay "queued" Is there something i have done wrong? Im just so confused. (i have used limewire a long time ago and never had problems....but now i cant get it to actually download the songs... ...)

In LW go tools > options > downloads. Make sure that your maximum downloads aren't set at zero

If that's not the problem, try LOTR's advice in this thread.
What is Queued?

If you delete the preferences folder, make sure that LW's properly closed first. Remember that this will change all of your settings within LW's options...you'll have to go through & reset things afterwards.
And in case you're using Vista: LimeWire Pref Folder in Vista

thank you very much...wow do i feel umm lets just say not so smart. lol. but yes that did work. btw...is there a number of downloads i should put it to for best results?
