TurboCharged and No Place to Go.....

LW has worked great for several years....until a few months ago when it just stopped downloading. Search is fine, lots of choices, settings correct (per posts I've read although my "filter" option will not accept any IP addresses for blocking(?)
So......get my songs, videos, and then.....nothing. Nada. Zip. Wait through "awaiting new sources", the connection "countdown" and then...still nothing happens. No up loads either. Using Time Warner and don't think they have blocked sharing.....have written tech support (hello? tech support???) but hope one of you user gurus will offer a fix.
Further weirdness: once in awhile it WILL download a song while giving the Limewire finger to the rest that have been waiting for WEEKS!!! Huh?
