I paid for limewire pro last year with my visa debit but when trying to install it on my new pc it won't accept my email address. I have tried all 3 emails that I have and it says I am not registered and for me to try another email. Can someone please help me?

If you bought Pro last year, your Pro benefits are way out of date. So your email address won't be recognised because it won't be in the database any more.

Back then, a Pro payment entitled the user to 6 months worth of free updates & support (there's now a 12 month deal as well).If you want a new version of Pro, you'll have to buy again.

Before buying Pro, why not try the latest basic (free) version? There have been heaps of changes since last year. Use the basic version for a while...once you're happy with how basic LW's running, then think about buying Pro. You might find that you're just as happy with the free version
