Firewall Setup

I HAVE HAD A GREAT DEAL OF TROUBLE DOWNLOADING LIMEWIRE, IT ACTUALLY DOWNLOADS, BUT FREEZES AT 12% LOADING HTML,
I HAVE THE FIREWALL OFF AND ALL OF THAT STUFF SO I AM POSTING THE EXACT STEPS THAT I DO IN THE HOPES THAT SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME SOME HELP

STEP 1 - I CLICK ON THE SHORTCUT LIMEWIRE ICON
STEP 2 - IT STARTS LOADING BUT FREEZES AT 12%
STEP 3 - I CLICK ON CHOOSE LANGUAGE
STEP 4 - I CLICK ON SAVE FOLDER
STEP 5 - I CLICK ON CONNECTION SPEED
STEP 6 - I CLICK ON SYSTEM STARTUP
STEP 7 - FIREWALL SETUP (THIS IS AS FAR AS I GET) THERE IS NO "NEXT" TAB TO CLICK ON
