Downloading but nothing comes

Help.
I am connected to Limewire it says turbo charged connection. it shows i am downloading from 1 or sometimes more host but nothing is being transferred. How do i change it so something will come. It seems to be mostly torrents i have this problem with, but regular files as well at times. Thank You in advance
