Unknown Download

There was a text downloaded onto my limewire, i'm not sure if this is a bug that i thought was a song i accidentally downloaded or if it came with the download of limewire. The file is called: _GEAREXT.WO_IDENT
It shows a notepad so i'm actually asuming it's some sort of text. The file in question is red, if that means anything. I would like to delete it, but seeing as i'm not sure what it is, i don't want to. Oh, and like i said, i don't know if it's a virus, so opening it, is out of the question.
