![]() ive had limewire pro for about a year now ive downloaded 100's of songs.i turned on limewire the other day and it would'nt search for audio i must have changed the settings by accident.no songs appear on the screen.could any one help me with this. ![]() |

![]() As I understand it (it's my opinion, not a known fact), Limewire is taking pre-emptive action to stop a 'Napster' being done to them, i.e., getting fined hugely for allowing people to download copyrighted music. Just a thought. |

![]() dubskyline & loralou, Is it only audio that you're having problems with? Is your LW connected properly (ie all green/blue connection bars)? If LW's connected then try the fixes below. 1. In LW go tools > options > searching > basic & check whether the 'show license warning' box is ticked. If it does, untick it > Apply > ok...see if that makes any difference. 2. Problems with the search 3. Delete LW's preferences folder when LW's properly closed. See point 3 here & also point 2 if you've used older versions of LW in the past (there could be a folder in either location). Fixes for LimeWire This will kill all of your settings within options, you'll have to go back through afterwards & reset things. If LW's not connected properly, please give us your details.
