Upload Settings

Hey all. Mabey I just have crap files but I've been on limewire a little while and no-one has uploaded anything from me. I've checked my firewall and limewire is exempted - is there anything I'm missing? I can download without hassle but I do not wish to appear rude to those who wish to upload from me.
