Default Help Downloading Movies

Ok...so I have used limewire for awhile but I never downloaded movies and now that I am trying I seem to not get it. I try to download a movie but when i preview it, it gives me a error of "class not registered" What am I doing wrong

You might need to install codecs for your player. Check out the thread below for links to different codec packs. There's also a link for downloading VLC player...it's free & has codecs installed to play most file types. It's a reliable player

I did download the VLC player but that gives me error of "this AVI file is broken" on everyone i use? is that normal and what do I do...it says I can fix it but that will take along time? confused!!

I've got that 'this avi is broken' message a few times with VLC & the file has been fine...played & burned to DVD without a problem. Just try playing the file, despite the message If you're seeing this with every file that you download, maybe you're downloading bad files.

Are you checking files with Bitzi before download? There are heaps of bad files on the network, you should check with Bitzi before download...if other people have rated the file then you'll get some idea of it's content & quality.
