Default feeling green...iso files

i recently downloaded ***edited to conform with the simple rules of this forum*** teaching program off limewire, the problem is that it is an iso file which i never even heard of before. But anyway i was told to download ***edited to conform with the simple rules of this forum***, my OS is XP and I have a dsl connection. I copied the file to cd but all it is a bunch of images (which i heard it is supposed to be) but now what do i do with it???? how do i use this file....everything seems so confusing.... please help.

do a Google search for DaemonTools and use that to mount the ISO (a disc image) file

Well after it's mounted go to My Computer, then double click the drive it's mounted on. Since you mounted it, Daemon Tools most likely made a new drive.

daemon by default creates a virtual DVDrom drive that is the letter after your last lettered device...I always change mine to V: for virtual....if it is a true disc image it should auto start....if not then right click on the virtual drive and choose explore and find the installer exe file
