Limewire downloads using up hard drive space

I used to download songs with no problem. I didn't use the site for a while. Now, when I try to download songs like before, my hard drive space goes away with just 1 or 2 songs. This didn't happen before. Please advise.

Could you explain what you mean by:

It would be beneficial, for everyone including yourself, if you took a bit more time to compose your thoughts before writing them down.

I have a Mac G3. When I first installed Limewire 2 years ago, I could download multiple songs and it would take a lot of songs before I got the screen that my hard drive space is full and that I would have to delete files before continuing.

Now, I can only down load 2 or 3 songs before I get this warning. I have almost 1 GB on my hard drive. This shouldn't be happening. Any advice is appreciated.
