No matter what the search is, most of the files returned are this same file <songname>.mp3, 119kb and 40 seconds.

Those are spam files. Anything less than 1000kbs or even 2000kbs will more than likely either be spam or fake files. Most songs are in the 3000 to 4000kbs range. If you can try to preview the files before it downloads and ALWAYS scan all files with your AV before opening.
