All DLs identical, audio & video 118kb, dur 00.48…?

Every song or video it pick and download though showing the correct artist and song title when I play it, it is a generic add of some kind (the same add every time) 118KB & duration of 00.48. No music no video. I can pick something at radium and I still get the same thing..? I have not been able to download anything! It is garbage every time. Does anyone know what is going on?
