I am running Windows Vista Home Premium on a cable modem on the roadrunner ISP. I have a processor of 2.2 GHz with 2GB of RAM. I run the ESET Smart Security firewall and antivirus and spyware utility. I live in the US

I just reformatted and loaded both eMule and Limewire Pro. I installed them before I installed the firewall so I would sure I wouldn't have any connection problems, and I don't.

I can download both video and audio on eMule just fine but can only download audio on LimeWire. I found this out last night when I wanted to download some Saturday Night Live clips. About a 1000 of then came up in my search, I clicked on a few of the same clip that I wanted but nothing happens after that. In the window it says "connecting" but there's no reference to speed or type of connection. And there's no download in progress.

One of the references that even clicked kept saying it was checking with other hosts. It got up to like 250 of them but still nothing would download.

So how come I can download music easliy but can't download video. Does it have anything to do with licenses or Vista or what?
