is it possible to download only 1 file from a torrent?

I cant figure out how to download only 1 file from a torrent!!! is it possible?

Why don't you just search the torrent site for the single file you want? :cool:

I'll admit though, they don't always have the one file up for download which is a real pain when you only want one song and not a whole album :rolleyes:
