recent download issues

I have used Limewire for a couple of yrs It's been just great, in the last 3 days it doesn't matter what I try I am only able to download at 5kb or so.... what's up? I have re-loaded Limewire on my pc to see if that's an issue, and its no better... just in the last 3 days or so..
