Searching Problems
 

After putting in a search for audio or video and hitting search, it dissapears and a grey screen comes up. Doesn't even have the name up top with results in parentheses, what am I doing wrong? I need a response right away. Just started doing this, I never had problems before. Have cable modem for internet access through Comcast. Viewers please help

Canceling Limewire if nobody responds
 

I'm tired of trying to get help on these forums when something goes wrong with Limewire. It seems like there are a bunch of people that have viewed my message with download problems but no responses. I think what I'm going to do is cancel Limewire, get my money back go with someone else and contact management. I've noticed with these forums, it seem like it happens all the time where the problems are not resolved or not even a response back from a tech.

Maybe the people who've viewed your post are other users who can't help you.

You might not realise, but the small number of people who help here are volunteers who don't work for LW, or any other Gnutella client. They help here in their spare time. They can't answer every post:blink:

The helpers here do a great job, considering how many questions there are posted every day & how few people there are to answer them. If you weren't answered as quickly as you'd like - did you use the forum search to look for an answer yourself?? That's what the search function's for.

Uninstall LW if you're not happy with it. Good luck getting your money back, as Pro has a 'no refund' policy (because basic LW is free for all to use). Whatever management you feel like contacting (LW? this forum?)...go right ahead:wasntme:
