Where is the HELP? Very new to this program. Have had an issue which I posted a few days ago, that so far has elicited no replies. Where do we go for help in resolving problems? Or do I just delete LimeWire and get something else.
Downloaded LimeWire and installed without problems. Performed a search and downloaded some MP3 audio files. Again no problem. At this point when I go to the "Saved" file, the files are there. When I access this folder from the directory, and place the cursor on the file I want to transfer to another folder on the computer, the computer locks up for a few minutes then goes to the "Restore Active Desktop" screen.
Running WindowsXP
Norton Internet Security with Firewall activated.
LimeWire 4.16.2
Please give me some hope of correcting this problem before I move on to another service. Thanks. |
