I don't know what the deal is but I'm having an incredibly annoying issue with Limewire.

Some of the songs I download are ok and play fine, but recently many many others are messed up.

What I mean by this is that a lot of the songs I download only have 4 options: Play (Which doesn't work), Add to windows media player list, Open with... and Send To: .

There are two really big problems with this. One, the songs don't work. When you double click these songs or select "play" it opens windows media player and leaves it blank. Two, you can't delete them. There's no delete option, and when you select them and hit the "delete" key, nothing happens.

This is getting REALLY bad. For example, I downloaded ten versions of the same song, and they all came back like this - and according to my computer, they're taking up the full space of "regular" songs - anywhere from 2-5 MBs to whole albums that take up 100 MBs of space - and you can't delete any of it.

Does anyone know what's up with this, or if there's a way to fix this issue?

What's really strange is that the songs preview fine in limewire too, you can play them so you don't know they're messed up until they're on your hard drive.
