Updated from 4.14 to 4.16 (resume incompletes) - FIXED !!!

I recently agreed to updatedLW from 4.14 to 4.16 and I discovered that I could not locate any of my in-progress downloads. I then re-installed 4.14. Is there any chance that the data downloaded to-date are located on my hard drive? Can I restore these in-progress downloads to where they were at prior to my update?
