Getting slow downloads ?

I can be downloading a song or a halph dozen songs (amount doesen't seem to matter) From 1 or 10 host's and my speed's stay at 0 to 3 kb's. Can anyone help?

TRY THIS IN LIMEWIRE. TOOLS\OPTIONS\DOWNLOADS. check download bandwidth slide bar thing. slide to 100% click apply. hope this helps :idea:
