Default Where are the Limewire people?

Well, it looks like we're all having the same problem here. And this is, supposedly, the "official" Limewire support forum. So where the hell are they?

I have attempted contact via the following channels:

- Posted messages on all applicable forums here
- Sent an e-mail to the support e-mail address on the Limewire site
- Sent private messages through this forum to Limewire developers

What response did I get? Zero, zip, nada...

Does anybody know anybody who can get us some answers?

Angry I did the same

I did the same and got the same response.
I tried the new beta (2.2.0), and it NEVER resumes the downloads (2.1.3 resumes sometimes)!!

Default Where are Limewire people?

I would quickly buy the Pro version if I had EVER downloaded even one song. They stop in the middle and that's the end of it. I want to ask anyone if you buy the Pro version, does that mean you get a song? I have dedicated my life to downloading the Shirelles' "One Fine Day." I have about a hundred pieces of it. I have cable. How come I can't download even one song EVER??????

I got pro Lime wire and still having same problems... song are not complete if I get to download any (which have been none.....??? b/cuzz I only get download cannot connet.)
I'm starting to believe either system dont work any more OR this whole Limewire pro is B#@* S#%& is a scam.

I finally got a song by killing the download and reconnecting over and over. It takes forever, but it works and I have CABLE!

Default No Support from Limewire

I sent an email asking for the fax number of the CEO, Mr. Mark Gorton. His number is ******. This reply was from Greg Bildson, the CTO/COO.

My question had to do with the inabilty to delete files from the library. His answer was useless. "I beleive the answer to your particular question is that Limewire itself is holding a refrence to these files (I beleive due to the internalplayer). You probably have not shut down and restarted Limewire. I beleive the problem would have also gone away had you rebooted your computer. Please followup with service@limewire.com

Please note that for a $8.50 sales price we cannot provide a perfect customer service for a six month period.

I'm not even getting search results back. the tab says I am but nothing shows in the window. Lime wire worked great for me before I formatted my HD, reinstalled OS and DL'd 2.2.1. Old V. was fine.
