Default Start Limewire - Unable to Resume Downloads

I just restarted Limewire and instead of it resuming my downloads, it gave me an error message saying that it couldn't cointinue the downloads.

I went into the incomplete files directory and resumed the files from there but they all started from 0 bytes so I lost hours of downloads.

System Stats:
Windows XP SP 2
Sygate Personal Firewall
3Gb RAM
20GB Free space for downloads/incomplete file area
Limewire 4.16.6 & Java 1.6.0_03
Did the simple test and it worked
ISP: Telstra Bigpond in Australia
Not sharing the connection with other P2P programs/computers
I am an experienced user

Edit: I have set the incomplete and download directories to non-default directories. ie. H:\Incomplete and H:\Newstuff
