WMP plays only the sound of the film not the movie

hey new to the site hello.

having a problem with downloading films. its not so much the downloading that is the problem as they seem to download just fine, its watching the download. when i click the download windows media pops up an it plays only the sound of the film not the movie.

i have noticed when i click the download media player says in the bottom left codec aquired.

any help would be appreciated.
