reviving deleted downloads

hey, does anybody know if you can revive deleted downloads? I accidently deleted a whole heap instead of pausing it, the incomplete files are there, Is there any way of starting the downloads again?

Go to your Library/Incomplete Files, select the files to restart and click on 'Resume'
