Always says Could Not Download.

I don't know if it's my computer or if I'm behind some sort of firewall (I don't know if I am or not) , but every time I try to downlaod anything it says searching... then says could nto download.

I don't know whats happening but when my sibling also tries to log into Morpheus it says that she cannot register due to firewall problems and I am thingking this could quite possibly relate to one another. What should I do about this so I can actually download files?
