Torrent seeding stops if LW restarted

I use XP and LW 4.16.6 Pro (paid and installed less than a month ago).

I often have torrent files downloading and seeding. Sometimes I have to restart the computer during a download/seed phase and when I start LW again, it continues whatever downloads were in progress, but it does NOT continue the seeding for those files I have already downloaded 100% but I wish would continue to seed.

So the only files it continues to seed after restart is those files that haven't still downloaded 100%. I'd like to keep up the seedings until I specifically clear them myself.
