I built a huge list of songs and somehow lost all of them this evening.

For some reason when I opened limewire it caused me to start a new account? anyways I thought this was some update and just clicked next several times without really reading and finally finish. Well, I finally finished and when I went on limewire all my audio and video files were gone! I spent 3 plus years compiling songs!

Is there any way to retrieve them?!? please someone help!!!!
