What does (30?38) mean? When I do a search and the results come in, I don't think that I am seeing everythiung that is available. For example, I may do a search for an image or a song and in the top bar where the name of the search is ( filter results? ) the number of finds will read for example ( 30/38 ) What am I doing wrong.. how can I see all of the possible downloads? Help please! |
You Are seeing everything. In your example 30/38... 38 is the total files found during the search. If you are using "All Types". The 30 signifies either audio, images, or video. If say, you click on images, you may see 13/38 which means it found 13 images files in the total of 38. You will also see this in any Search by clicking the different Genres or file Types. Hope this Helps. :D |
Thanks you - I appreciate your time. Respectfully, Gary |
OK.. I double checked and I am doing my searches in the proper categories - I.e. - for music I am searching in "Audio" and for movies I am searching in Video. I am still getting results such as for The Fleetwoods, it says 98/313. Does this mean that there are 313 results but I am allowed access to only 98 of them? if this is so, can someone please explain how I can access all of the results? Thanks. |
I Filter Heavily so when I do a search for Audio Files, the results I get are only mp3's and m4a's. In the Gray Info Bar i.e. Quality, #, Name, Type..... What File extensions under "type" do your search results show?? I think this may be what you are seeing as the results are split 00/00. My search results come up as (000) not split. As I said above, I filter a Boatload of different File Extensions which Knocks out most of the Junk and Crap Files. |
All I am getting are mp3 and wma files... I'll try filtering and including the types of files that you search for.. :Smilywais: |
What I have done that works really well is to go to Tools > Options > Filter > Keywords and then add these file extensions: .wma, .exe, .rar, .html, .com, .zip, .mov. Be sure to tick apply and O.K. There are a ton of fake and corrupt files with these extensions. I will only download mp3 files that are larger than 2000kb - 3000kb. Also make sure thay have a bitrate. |
:bangh::bangh::bangh:Well, I changed my filters.. still the same old thing here. My searches still read for example ( 21/80 ) and I am seeing titles appear very briefly on my screen and then disappear. It is as though I am not being allowed access to may search results. Can this be happening? If so, does anyone have any idea as to why? Thanks in advance. |
