I purchased LimeWire Pro back in 2005 but my email was different at the time. I have since switched internet providers and my old email address is no more. When I try to reload my LimeWire Pro I get the message that my email address does not match and I am not allowed access. Can you help me reload my LW pro. I have my order number. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Johnny

Sorry but your Pro is way out of date. The license normally lasts only six months- 1 year at the most.
You will need to pay and download again.
But I and many others would strongly advise you to not do so now as Limewire is releasing highly unstable and very buggy software now which is causing many 1000s of people huge problems.
Further, no matter what you do you do not want to use the on-line installer. It is full of problems- but limewire have stupidly withdrawn the download and install later version.
I think there are people posting an alternative address for the off-line install version- have a search for it here in the forums. It's supposedly clean, but-------------------
And, forget Pro- It's not worth it when you consider what you can do with Phex for free.
