Exclamation no downloads available

I've had limewire for a while, but today when i went to download some songs none of the searches showed up, but it didn't say no searches found either. I went and downloaded the newest version of limewire but it's doing the exact same thing. Any help would be much much appreciated.

Question Same thing

I too am having the same difficulty. Actually, I had an older version of LW, and just now replaced it with the newest one. I fixed the connection problem, but nothing happens when I try to search. My security setting are correct, but am lost at this point.

Try this -

1. In LW go tools > options > searching > basic & check whether the 'show license warning' box is ticked. If it does, untick it > Apply > ok...see if that makes any difference.

In limewire links (below) click on (if LW will not connect) scroll down to DELETE LIMEWIRES PREFERENCE FOLDER -- follow these instructions -- let us know how you get on

Same thing here. Currently on Limewire 4.18.3 on Windows XP, having downshifted from 4.18.8 to see if it made a difference. I went to Tools > Options > Advanced > Performance, and ticked- Disable Ultrapeer- Disable Mojito- DIsable TLSand restarted LimeWire; suddenly I'm getting a lot more search results. Give it a try, let us know how you go.Troll
