I'm running Vista Home Premium edition. I have a broadband DSL connection. Ive been using LW for several years & do not recall this problem using other operating systems such as win XP When I'm downloading a file (usually a movie) other people are being conected to me & are uploading files that I'm actively downloading simultaneously & I've thought this is what caused my & downloaded percentage amt to regress.
