Dwnload old teporary file??

Hello
I have a problem.
I had downloaded one 4Gb file about 80%. one day I opened limewire and it showed 0%

(for a 2 sec it still showed 80%)

I looked in the trash bin and found the same file in there(about 3,8Gb)
I placed the file in the "incomplete" folder(replacing the previous 0kb file)
But Limewire shows still 0%. How can I get the file downloading again??
I don't have enough internet time to download all this again! Please help!
