100% download problem

i am downloading a movie and it got to 100%. but then it stopped and it's not showing up in the folder i sent it to. it is only downloading from one host but it's not showing any kb/s. i need this movie tonight any suggestions, answers or help would be very appreciated!

Hi! When i download moview and it states that there are 9 or 10 hosts I am downloading from, I only download at 1 or 2 kb/s. Can somebody please help me?
