I hope you read this but I doubt it. I can't believe you don't have a direct connect email address - so much for customer service. Read on.
Get a clue. There are hundreds of thousands of US military and government civilians who live overseas and have an FPO or APO address. If you don't make that a choice on your purchase registration page, then we get rejected and can't give you our money. I say again, get a clue....
