You both need to read the instructions that were issued when you registered to post on this forum. Perhaps when you supply the details that are asked of you then someone may consider answering your questions. What About Those Who Follow Instructions But Still Get No Answers?

As I said in a prior post, my Limeware program was working just fine up until I updated to the newer version. Every since that happened, the software has behaved as if it were some kind of a gift from hell and it SUCKS!

When entering the name of an artist and the song title, absolutely nothing shows up during the search results that should have appeared in the window pane.

Keep in mind that I am a paid subscriber and was looking forward to upgrading to the latest LW application, but there is no way on earth I'd pay more money out for a program that halfway works especially in the matter where it counts the most.

I mean....what is the purpose of downloading and sharing our music if we can't even see the results of our searches? I really enjoy using my LW software but there are just way too many problems lately that make me want to search for another file sharing program without all the hassel and far better customer service, so if anyone can recommend anything, PLEASE don't hesitate to let me know about it.

With the new version, it's best to delete the previous LW preferences folder. And this must be done whilst LW is closed. So, make a note of all your important settings under Tools > Options. Then close the program & ... -> Try deleting your LW Preferences folder whilst LW is closed; instructions here: Point #2 & 3 in Fixes for Limewire (sample image included at bottom of page.)
