cannot delete songs?
 

hi everyone, is anyone else having this problem? i downloaded a song, it will NOT play, so i try and delete it and it keeps telling me that another program is running it, close program before deleting. no matter how much i try it WON"T delete. is this a virus? i hope i'm on the right forum, i could not find any questions like mine, can someone please help? :confused:

2. Make sure LW is closed for a few mins before trying to delete.

thanks, lotr, when i went back to review my post i saw a similar ?. i closed down, put comp. in safe mode, was able to remove the song and everything is working perfectly. :xirokrotima: liz, ps i LOVE you guys.
