![]() Can anybody help me? I have downloaded all the songs through LIMEWIRE and they now appear on my iTUNES on the left side of the screen under 'SHARED' heading......so i'm ok so far..............but how do i now get them onto my ipod?? I have set my iTUNES site so that it automatically syncronises my ipod when i connect it to my PC. So my songs on iTUNES automatically transfer to my ipod as i connect, but not the songs that i have showing under SHARED heading from LIMEWIRE? Can anybody help? (ps I am not that computor minded!) ![]() |

![]() Hi Robert R' Thanks for your advices. I have just tried them out and...........when i select a song from the 'SHARED OWNERS LIMEWIRE' and right click, the only option shown is 'Show on Playlist' then onto 'Whats New' (Sub file) When i disconnect/reconnect/sync the ipod, there is no transfer???? Any other suggestions using the SHARED Direcory on itunes? OR Is there any other way of transfering my songs directly from LIMEWIRE straight to the ipod??? many thanks |

![]() The shared 'LimeWire Tunes' within iTunes is just a playlist itself (files are not actually in the iTunes library)...so you can't add from this playlist to another playlist, or to your iPod. You'll need to add files to your iTunes library first & then you'll be able to transfer them to your iPod. There are different ways of adding files to iTunes, see the link below for more info.
