Can anybody help me?

I have downloaded all the songs through LIMEWIRE and they now appear on my iTUNES on the left side of the screen under 'SHARED' heading......so i'm ok so far..............but how do i now get them onto my ipod??

I have set my iTUNES site so that it automatically syncronises my ipod when i connect it to my PC. So my songs on iTUNES automatically transfer to my ipod as i connect, but not the songs that i have showing under SHARED heading from LIMEWIRE?

Can anybody help? (ps I am not that computor minded!)
