Picture not playing in downloaded videos?

Hi all,
I am new to this and very technically un-saavy, so if you reply, please reply to me in very layman's terms.

It would be much appreciated!

Simple thing, really, per the title of my post; When I download videos, all I get is the sound...no pic. Is this a simple fix? I sure can't figure it out!
