![]() Just formatted HD, reinstalled OS and downloaded Limewire. I had it before and it worked fine. Now, when I start a search, the tab indicates I'm getting returns, but nothing shows up in the window. Not running a firewall. Got any ideas on this, anyone. |

![]() Leave LimeWire running for a few minutes to stabilize your connection. Then search for something that's sure to get a lot of matches, like "B**tles". See if that helps. __________________________________________________ Edited to comply with the House Rules. ![]() Nothing showing in the search window! Purchased and installed without incident 2.2.1 Pro on a Win2k box. Everything seems to be proper, with a green ball and all. The telnet check gives me a "Gnutella Ok", 3 to 4 hosts showing in "Connections", traffic in and traffic out past the firewall, but even after punching in "sex" under video and getting 226 hits showing on the tab, nothing shows up in the white window. Knock knock! Tech support? There's nothing in the FAQs or the 'manual' on this. |

![]() Once a search has yielded results, the number in parentheses to the right of the terms indicates the number of results received for that particular request. But it doesn't show any of the search results in the display box???????????????? WHAT A MAJOR BUG OR WHAT? HOW CAN THIS BE???? |

![]() hey there all... i think i just solved the mystery. my norton antivirus program was telling me not to allow access to limewire. once i changed my response and told norton to allow the connection, the results window activated and now it's working as it should. i suggest you all try checking the security level setting on your browser and your virus protection program and see if that fixes your itch... ronbo |
