Incomplete Downloads

Is there anyway to get the downloads restarted once they are in the "Incomplete Downloads" file? If ya can help please email me at [email]***

Incomplete download

I'm having the same problem and there doesn't seem to be any answers in their FAQ's or anywhere else. I wish Music city.com/Morpheus was Mac compatible.

Yes, there is. You may resume the download as long as you can find a server carrying the EXACT same file. One catch, you have to search for it. I suggest copying the file name and searching for the file. Then download. It should pick up where it left off.

Are incomplete downloads storeable?

I need the 58% of the song that I did successfully download and want to store that in my library - can this be done?
