How to convert AVI and how it resume incomplete downloads
 

I used to be able to resume incomplete downloads and now when I try the file is still there but will never resume. Also how do you convert AVI files to watch them?

Don't know about resume problem.

AVI format is great, no need to convert. You do need the right CODEC.

I use WMP, got the Windows CODEC pack from download.com. There are many other free sources for CODECs - don't pay for them. Some people use VLC player (also available free at download.com). VLC has all CODECs built-in.
