plzzzz help on downloading... =(

limewire was working fine and all the sudden when i try to download any file it POPS UP ERROR SAYING I AM ALEREADY DOWNLOADING THE FILE WHEN IM REALLY NOT??? SO BASICALLY I CANT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING

. PLZ HELP ANY1....
