 File Downloaded, but cannot play Hi, I hope I'm putting this question in the right category. I downloaded some audio files in mp3 format - some play, while most of them do not ... are they just bad files and I should just try finding other files? I am using Windows media player to play them. They are around 3MB in size, thanks!!!!  I have windows xp on a dell 600m inspiron No firewalls almost 30 G left of free space cable at 100.0Mbps trying to connect from home no routers LW 4.18.3 Beijing, China http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ works  |

 Are you previewing the files during download & if so, do they play then? Which player are you using? Are you using your AV program to scan files that you've downloaded, before you open them? You should  If you're using LW's player, disable that (tools > options > player) & see whether the songs play when you use another player.
